Kunden, die als Verbraucher im Sinne des Konsumentenschutzgesetzes gelten, können innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Übernahme der Ware vom Kauf ohne Angaben von Gründen zurücktreten. Für die Ausübung des Rücktrittsrechtes ist es ausreichend, wenn die Rücktrittserklärung innerhalb dieser Frist abgesendet wird. Vom Rücktrittsrecht ausgenommen sind Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikationen angefertigt wurden oder auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Kunden zugeschnitten sind. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung hat der Kunde selbst zu tragen.

Customers who are considered consumers in the sense of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of taking over the goods without giving reasons. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within this period. Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are tailored to the personal needs of the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The customer has to bear the costs of the return himself.
